LCW Strategy was launched in 2022 by Lauren Coticchio Willis. After years of managing the “miscellaneous,” Lauren’s mission is to empower small businesses and individuals to conquer seemingly impossible projects or tasks.
Lauren comes with nearly 20 years of experience in project management, leading business and staffing strategies, leadership and management, overseeing business growth, coaching and mentoring, hiring and job coaching and annual giving strategy and implementation. She was often the go-to for the unmanageable projects - no task ever too big or small. She has worked at companies of all sizes (from a two person staff to local NJ companies to international foundations) in the areas of event management and production, project management, fundraising and development and employee engagement, including: City Harvest, Clinton Global Initiative, Gap Inc., Hackensack Meridian Health Foundation, Tribeca Events, among others.
